All products are specially printed to order. Due to this reason, we don’t accept returns & exchanges. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any problem with your product, please message firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Once a return package reaches our facility, we will notify you via email. Based on the reason for the return, we will decide upon next steps.
What if an order gets lost in the mail? For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, such as confirming that the shipping address is correct.
